Salsa Music 21: Salsa is Universal (pt. 1)

I call this episode Salsa is Universal, because I want to showcase some of the salsa artists that are overseas (relatively speaking, I’m in the US). So, this episode is dedicated to our friends over the atlantic (or over the Pacific depending on how you look at it). Listen, dance and enjoy!

Hey, love what you have been doing here. Now to answer your request:
Aïoli[Alioli en español] (pronounced: al-ee-oil-ee) it’s a composed word, made from the names of the two main components garlic(French: ail) and olive oil(French: huile; Latin root: oleum). I consider it a nice word play since they come from southern France (an area that has a lot of mixed roots) and they used the name of a traditional Mediterranean salsa, which has hot/spicy taste, so they are Hot Mediterranean Salsa. :P Anyways hope that helped satisfy your request.
