After you get a Mac, a lot of fun things happen. I decided to put my compusic (computer+music) skills to some more good use an make a few interesting Salsa tracks with a program called GarageBand. While I was at it, I made three different versions of this salsa dance soundtrack. Here is the first one: an interesting salsa trumpet solo with some mixed in jazzy piano, cowbell and congas. Let me know what you think and of course - enjoy!

Very Enjoyable,.. Am also a Garage Band “Composer” with family in the real music business,… question:.. Assume that in uising Garage Band you recorded the Trumpet Solo,.. instead of using a controller,.. as the licks are to dynamic… if so,,, what mic was used,… also,… could not clearly hear the Congo beat,,.. is it the standard Salsa/Mambo beat with slap on “2″ and open beat on “4 and” ??…. stay well and keep it coming

This song reminds me when i used to play trumpet … amazing song. keep it up guys
It was all done with a few clicks on a Garageband. I was very impressed.
Of course, it doesn’t compare to a real song, but it is good enough for a ringtone.
It needs more cowbell!
Daaaaaaayyyyyymmmn. Now you’re getting into creating music. You’re like the one man show of salsa now. I’m impressed with everything you’re doing. Keep it up.
Where are the vocals
Put that microphone that comes with your computer to use!
